Skin Resurfacing

Overview

Skin resurfacing removes microscopic columns of damaged surface skin so that new, smoother skin replaces them. Fractional delivery treats a fraction of the surface at a time, which shortens healing compared with fully ablative resurfacing while retaining much of the effect. It is used for texture, acne scarring, fine lines and sun damage.
